  • All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be included with the returned items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Pergola shipped you the wrong items.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.
  • A 15% return fee may apply in the case of wrong ordered item by the client.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
  • All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.

We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
